You are using the Norwegian version of the My Renault App right? This one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renault.myrenault.one.no&hl=en

This one still works on my phone but not on my laptop:
https://www.services.renault-ze.com/user/login

On the laptop I get this message:
Your Z.E. connected services move to a new application
Your My Z.E. application is no longer available, and is replaced by MY Renault application.

Yes, it's the Norwegian version. The app won't show in Google Store on the tablet, but when I open Chrome and manually enter the URL in the E-mail I received (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renault.myrenault.one.no) it shows up in Chrome. However, I can't install the app from within Chrome, and then I'm redirected to the app in Google Play, where it says that my unit is not compatible with this version.

The other link (https://www.services.renault-ze.com/user/login) is the one I've been using on my computer up until now, but this morning this service was retired, and I get the same message as you do. They provided a link to the new site (myr.renault.no), and I was trying to register an account there, but when I click to read the terms and conditions of use I just get an error message.

Edit: The new app is available on my work phone, but I don't want to install it there, so hopefully it's just a setting on my tablet.

It looks like your tablet is somehow connected to another country than Norway...
You can try to install the APK manually if you know how to do that.
If not I can help ;)

I just did a factory reset of the tablet (I only use it for for streaming to Chromecast, so there's barely any apps installed anyway), will try again after the update process is finished. Everything is set up in Norwegian, as it also was when I bought the tablet and set it up for the first time. The regional settings are Norwegian, as well as all the pre-installed apps, so how do I see if the tablet is connected to another country..?

What matters are the settings of the Google account that is used to install apps on the tablet, not the local settings of the OS on the tablet itself.

Can you specify which settings I should check and maybe adjust? I have logged in and have my Google account settings onscreen now. BTW, this account is only used for my tablet and Chromecast, nothing else.

Edit: I used the same account when setting up my work phone, and the app is available there, that's why I suspect it may be a local setting of some kind. Factory reset of the tablet didn't help either. I installed the old Z.E. Services app just to see if it worked, but it only started Chrome and sent me to the old website which is now retired...

Fikk svar fra Renault nå: Den nye appen fungerer kun på Android smarttelefoner, ikke nettbrett. Det forklarer jo saken... ::)

Pointless limitation...
I agree, it makes no sense at all. Why develop an app that only works on some Android devices and not others, and at the same time remove the web service completely.

Anyway, I guess this means that I'll just have to revert back to the onboard charging calendar and comfort timer, I'm not buying a new phone just for this app. I've always heard that the French are weird in many ways, but this is a new low point in my opinion.

Just for fun, you can try to install the Brave browser on your tablet (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.brave.browser) and see if you can access the ZE web site  (https://www.services.renault-ze.com/user/login).
It works for me on my phone but I am not sure why... :P

Idiotspørsmål, hvor finne man aktiveringskoden?

You should have gotten it when you got the car.
If not, you can try to contact the guys who sold it so you, or Motorforum.
