20:22 I extracted (with help of gemini) that following text from the BMW screen (tl;dr: they'll nerve charging speed with age and they'll rapidgate, and conditions for it are blurry):
SitatCharging instructions

The usage behaviour has a significant influence on the service life of the high-voltage battery:

●  Long stationary periods with a high battery state of charge of over 80 % can have a negative effect on the charging time and charging power for DC charging, particularly at high outside temperatures.

● As the ageing condition of the high-voltage battery progresses, there may be a reduction in the maximum possible charging power and the charging time for DC charging may change. In the event of several direct successive DC charging processes over a period of a few days, the charging power may be temporarily reduced and the charging time increased to protect the high-voltage battery. The reduction in charging power is reset after a few hours; renewed DC charging can extend the period again.

If DC charging is used very frequently over a period of several weeks, the charging power can be temporarily reduced and the charging time extended while maintaining this charging behaviour.

So already in the owner's manual they tell you that they will nerve your charging speed whenever they want. Be it in the sense of "rapid gate", be it with an older battery (Model S vibes here). Especially the last bullet point really isn't clear and basically allows for anything: what exactly is "very frequently"? if you need to charge every two days and you only can/you need to do it DC, because that is how your life looks, is it then gonna be nerved forever and half the reason you chose that car is just gone?

I mean, don't get me wrong: I'm all for sustainability, but also for honesty and transparency. If the battery can't take that fast charging repeatedly or on the long run, then don't advertise it as a base feature. Reduce the standard charging speed and offer a charging booster with limited availability or so, clearly stating that they can only promise the use of it, I don't know, once a week, and maximum fifty times total. And maybe the BMS will allow for more, but then you at least don't feel betrayed if it doesn't. The way it is, it is bullshit.
