Thanks all for this very interesting Forum regarding the Etron (I don't speak Norwegian, so I will reply in English).
Audi E-Tron 55 from may 2019 (The Netherlands); now at 60000km.
With OBDEleven the "H-V battery, nominal capacity" has shown up again since the dealer loaded software updates 93G1 and 91X4 today. Just before this update I read the following:

First registration (MM / JJ): 05/19
Date: 26/07/2020
Model (50/55): 55
Odo: 54722
H-V battery Nominal capacity: 224.3Ah
H-V battery voltage: 425.5V
Battery charge level: 41%
Remark: nearly always charged at high speed to 80-100%

Odo: 60099
H-V battery Nominal capacity: 228.7Ah
H-V battery voltage: 398.7V
Battery charge level: 52%
Remark: last month less used and nearly always charged at low speed (10kW) to 70-80%. This measurement was just after the service at the dealer.

It seems strange to notice that the Nominal capacity has increased, so I think it useful to take also note of the H-V battery voltage. At the first measurement I had 224.3*425.5=95.4kWh, second time 228.7*398.7=91.2kWh. This illustrates that you need to measure Voltage at least at about the same charge level, but I also think that you have to measure it comparable conditions, eg after charging the battery with +60% for example. I will try to do this this way in the future, please let me know if there are better ideas about this.

Thanks for all the good work all, this is very interesting I think.

Hello "Tonk", and thank you for your response :-)

I agree with some of your thoughts:
I think it is a good idea to measure the "HV battery nominal capacity" at more or less the same SOC each time, and also maybe after a good cycle.

However:
As far as I know, you can not just multiply the nominal capacity in Ampere hours with the actual voltage of the package. We have to use the nominal voltage, which is 396V, all the time.
(The produckt of the actual voltage and the actual remaining Ah is the remaining energy in this moment, not the capacity of the battery)

Therefore, the remaining nominal capacity in Ah should be a pretty good estimate, regardless the actual voltage of the battery pack.

It makes sense to use only the nominal voltage of 396V, thanks for the explanation.
I still wonder why my nominal capacity went up from 224.3 to 228.7Ah. When comparing it with an app on my android phone (AccuBattery) this app marks all the datapoints of charged Ah into a graph. This shows datapoints sometimes higher, sometimes lower, but when you have a lot of them, they produce a nice fitted curve. Problem with the "H-V battery nominal capacity" of the E-Tron is that I assumed that this is allready the result of some form of analysis / curve-fitting which is done by the software of the car (you know Audi, they are always doing some kind of data-fitting ;) ).  When this  is not the case, then it would be useful to read out the "H-V battery nominal capacity" after each charge. In that case it is also usefull to also take note of the total percentage of this charge, because when you filled it up with only 10-20%, the value of the  "H-V battery nominal capacity" will be very inaccurate.

Remember that this will always be en estimate, and involve some calculation.

I am not so surprised that the HV nominal capacity in some ocasions COULD increase. This happens with the Nissan Leaf's «State of health» i Leaf Spy as well. If the battery is never really cycled, it's more difficult for the BMS to estimate. After s full charge, it normally gives a more accurate measurement.

So based on that, I would't be surprised if the OBDeleven reports a more accurate value after a pretty deep cycle and recharge...

I had the same experience. Did a measurement in June  with the OBD11 and ended up with 229,8Ah on my 55 with approx 25000km back then. Then charged the car to 100% SoC and drove it down to 5%. Charged again and the result was 232,1Ah. So a full cycle for the BMS to calibrate is probably to recommend.

Bilens display viste 31% State of charge

The "Battery Charge condition" in OBD shows the full battery capacity as 100%, while the display in the car (2019 E-Tron 55) shows only the part from (low buffer) 8% to 96% (top buffer 4%) as 100%. So at 52% both readings should be the same.

Maks cellen hadde 31% SOC
Min cellen hadde 28% SOC

Last week trip from about 55% to 10% on display.
With OBDeleven "Battery Charge Condition": 17%, and Max /Min cell at 17% / 16%

Kommentarer: SOC 69%, batteritemperatur 8 grader. Bilen hurtiglades lite, 1-2 ganger per måned i gjennomsnitt.
