How not to get the battery pack fan running when delaying charging?

Hi,
Being a good citizen I usually charge after 2300 in order to minimize the load on the grid during peak hours.
So I typically set the car to start charging at 00:00, get home, park and plug it to the wallbox.
But I notice that most of the time, especially during winter, the battery pack fan start right after the car is plugged in, even though it is several hours before the charging will start.

Any tip to prevent this?

I tried to put in in Eco mode but that does not help...

That is probably the de-iceing of the AC.

Don't know if it is possible to avoid it.

Maybe...
But it does not start if I do not plug the car in.
And it comes from the battery pack, like from under the car, not from the engine compartment where I guess the AC is.
Or is that the AC de-icing takes place ASAP when the car is plugged in?

No that doesn't sound like the de-iceing. Only experienced that when the battery is hot in the summer.
