Ikke så mye nytt, men det var ihvertfall ikke noe klage på dårlig fjæringskomfort som mange har vært bekymret for.

Bit pointless review to be honest. It's a 2019 Model Y from the US. There are already so many reviews and videos about it. So nothing new indeed.

Suspension comfort is so subjective and personal to each individual. One likes more stiff suspension, while someone else likes as soft as possible suspension, while others like something in between.
It's never going to be perfect for everyone, no matter the car or manufacturer.

I just had a new Volvo XC40 R-design (diesel blehh :P ) as a loaner Monday, as our BMW i3 was on warranty service (leaking suspension damper) and the suspension on that one was stiff like hell.

I know. Just wanted to make a point that suspension comfort is a very personal and individual thing to each person.

Our current Model S 75D with air suspension is comfortable, but still quite a bit stiffer than for example our previous Volvo V60. So it still required a bit getting used to when we got our Model S back in Nov. 2017.

Tires also make a huge difference in comfort. I have test driven two Model S prior. Both air suspension, one with 19inch tires and one with 21inch tires.  The one with 21inch tires was seriously uncomfortable to drive in. Every bump in the road went straight into my spine.

So it will most likely be a similar experience with the Model Y. If you want as much comfort as possible. Stick to 19inch tires and maybe even go down to 18inch with winter tires.
If you go for 21inch low profile tire setup. Well expect a lot more discomfort.

Helt klart.
Har S med 19" hjul nå, og bestilte Y først med 19", men syntes den så så vanvittig mye bedre ut med største hjul, så endret for noen mnd siden. Får se om jeg angrer og heller velger å gå ned et hakk hvis støy og komfort blir for dårlig. :) Er fra før vant med store lavprofil-hjul, på både Mini Cooper S og BMW 3-serie coupe. Liker at det er litt sportslig, men er ikke særlig glad i for mye dekkstøy.
