What could cause FUS2 to blow ?

Fuse 2 is on the AC-line in, but i do not remember which line its on. One could guess you have had a power-spike (maybe lightning in the neighborhood?) while the charge cable was connected...

On the picture it looks more like moisture/rust on  the fuse than burn-marks, hopefully there was no other signs of moisture in the PCU?
