Q3 is missing all the EVs that I have and have had
- VW eUP
- Citroen Saxo
- Peugeot 106
- Peugeot Partner
Maybe not so strange that you missing the latter three, since they went out of production about 2003, but in Norway there are actually still quite a few of them.

The Norwegian Think is also missing.

A number og your questions seem to be missing the aspect that one may own more than one EV, which is not at all uncommon in Norway
