Her har nok "The Enshitificator", han fra Forbrukerrådet jobbet overtid. ;'(

Interessant at "Made in Michigan, USofA" bruker batteri-moduler bygd i Ungarn, og ikke Kina etc...

The battery pack is built using a 70S1P configuration (70 cells connected in series, 1 in parallel) featuring Samsung SDI 60 Ah lithium-ion prismatic cells:
• Nominal Voltage Per Cell: 3.7V
• Total Nominal Pack Voltage: 70 cells × 3.7V = 259V
• Total Pack Energy Capacity: 259V × 60 Ah = 15,540 Wh (15.5 kWh)
• Maximum Charged Voltage Per Cell: 4.2V
• Total Max Fully Charged Pack Voltage: 70 cells × 4.2V = 294V

  • So Sean was wrong when he said 1.7 low voltage was not as bad with 70 cells, with more cells there would be lower voltage per cell. Like many people he has a temporary dyslexia that sometimes gets corrected when he says it out loud!

The bike stopped charging because it's just not safe to bulk-charge cells that are drained this low. I work with Tesla 18650 and 21700 cells—if one drops under 2.5V, I toss it :) So 1.8V is definitely bad.

Balance the module cells as best as you can and charge them individually :) Get them to at least 3.3V (personally, I'd go up to 3.5V), put it all back together, and I think you'll be good to go :)
