Jeg har ikke fått tilgang til informasjon i My Renault-appen de siste par dagene.  Den henger ved oppstart på Renault-logoen...

Er jeg den eneste?

Can you still long onto https://myr.renault.fr/ with the same credentials?
Have you tried to uninstall and re-install the app?

Nope... I have only 1 phone...

Ask a friend? You have to find out if there is something wrong with your phone/local app or with your account.
Are your contracts still valid for the Renault Services?

Since we are talking about the app.... Have you noticed that the "Show reachable area" on the map part does not work anymore? I have been getting an error message now for months!

So I got an update for the app (4.42-1 on Android) yesterday evening...
Now I can't get in anymore either... I just get the Renault logo animation and then the grey and yellow dots at the bottom are dancing and dancing and dancing... And  that's it!

Ok I can confirm that the problem is the latest version of the app!
I rolled back to the previous version (v4.40) and it is working again

How did you roll back to older version?

Here is what I did:
1. Uninstall the app
2. Download the v4.40 apk file from here: https://m.apkpure.com/my-renault/com.renault.myrenault.one.fr/download/440001-APK-2ae452e94972526e0b35b111b4b06a31?from=versions%2Fversion
3. Install the apk manually
4. Voila
5. Make sure you do not apply the update for the new version automatically later on, at least not until a working version shows up

Just for reference. I have no issues with iPhone. Running the latest version. 4.97.1
