Jeg har ikke fått tilgang til informasjon i My Renault-appen de siste par dagene.  Den henger ved oppstart på Renault-logoen...

Er jeg den eneste?

Can you still long onto https://myr.renault.fr/ with the same credentials?
Have you tried to uninstall and re-install the app?

Since we are talking about the app.... Have you noticed that the "Show reachable area" on the map part does not work anymore? I have been getting an error message now for months!

So I got an update for the app (4.42-1 on Android) yesterday evening...
Now I can't get in anymore either... I just get the Renault logo animation and then the grey and yellow dots at the bottom are dancing and dancing and dancing... And  that's it!

Ok I can confirm that the problem is the latest version of the app!
I rolled back to the previous version (v4.40) and it is working again :(

Here is what I did:
1. Uninstall the app
2. Download the v4.40 apk file from here: https://m.apkpure.com/my-renault/com.renault.myrenault.one.fr/download/440001-APK-2ae452e94972526e0b35b111b4b06a31?from=versions%2Fversion
3. Install the apk manually
4. Voila
5. Make sure you do not apply the update for the new version automatically later on, at least not until a working version shows up :)
