Since my service in Jan 2021 (the one year service) where they fixed a few issues with the Easy Link, among others the missing Info Energy Menu, my consumption never goes below 12.9 kWh/100 km. I mean it does in reality but the car never reports less than 12.9.
OK it does not happen often anyway in the cold half of the year but it is a bit annoying during summer, where I am usually around 11.5 kWh/100 km.
I see on the French forum that this is a known problem (called the 12.9-gate :P) but I do not see anyone reporting this here.
And since I have to take the car to the 2nd year service now, I asked the garage if they have a fix for this, and if other people reported the problem, and they said no for both.

So I am curious now... Am I the only one with the problem?
I think that if you did not get the update for the Info Energy menu, then it should still work for you.

I don't have this problem as I usually average around 16kw/100 km (eco mode disabled)
I bought my Zoe in August 2021 and I don't drive much, so I haven't gathered much consumption data.
Do you drive a lot in the city using eco mode?

minibiti

I usually do not use Eco mode, unless I am driving up a hill with very slippery conditions.
But for me during the summer, even driving around 70-80 km/h on the motorway is enough to get below 12.9 kWh/100 km on average. I do not drive that much in the city.

After the last charge I reset the consumption and I averaged 12.9 for a long time driving in the city with the battery "warm" from the parking. So you are right, the minimum seems to be 12.9kwh/100.

I think a BMS update should fix the problem... I am currently investigating :)

Same here...never goes below 12,9.
It absolutely did before. Could not go below 0,0 though, even if I reset at the top of Hardangervidda, and recharged some +10% on the way down.

Going negative will never happen :)

A BMS update seems to be what it take.
My firmware for the LBC is not up to date.
I have version 543 and the latest version is at least 553, maybe higher. And it seems to fix the problem according to the French forum.
I will see if I can get my garage to update it and will confirm after that.

I take it this only applies to the new Z50? I checked my comsumption data just now (registrered monthly since I bought the car), and the lowest monthly consumption was 12.6 (max 19.6, but mostly in the 13-15kWh range, and I don't worry about consumption at all, except on the coldest winter days).
