I am thinking that creating a topic with all the good tips and tricks for the new Zoé ZE50 might  be a good idea :)

I already read some feedback from the French users on the French forum, and will add mine as soon as I get the car (hopefully soon...)

My plan is to gather everything here in the first post of the first page so the full list is easily accessible.
It should be doable since I can edit this first post over and over again.

If people write about new tricks in this topic, I will simply add them here as soon as I see them...
So please contribute if you can :)

Here it goes!

#1. Start the car without starting the car

On the previous models, if you did not/could not start the car (break pedal + start), it was necessary to insert the key in the opening below the R-Link screen in order to be able to e.g open/close the windows or use the wipers.
On the new model, you can just press Start without pressing the break pedal at the same time, and voila!

#2. Unlock charging cable/Open the flap for charging with the key card

The new key card does not have its own button for unlocking the charging cable/opening the flap in the front of the car. The trick is then to do a long press on the unlock button instead. This will only unlock the charging cable though, not open the flap.

#3. Easy connect/Easy Link info/manuals

Here: https://easyconnect.renault.no/vehicle/zoe-neo

At the bottom of this page: https://easyconnect.renault.ie/help/easy-link

More here: https://www.renault.co.uk/renault-easy-connect/faq-easylink.html

More detailed info about how to enable your connected services and connect the car to the app at this post lower down this topis:
https://elbilforum.no/index.php?topic=49981.msg870026#msg870026

#4. Charging speed: 22 kW vs 50 kW (when battery pack at ok temperature)

Cf picture attached (ZoeChargingSpeeds.jpg), or here as long as the direct link works.

More info from TeslaBjørn in this video, at 07:21:

#5. TPMS, tires pressure sensors

More info here (Thanks Øystein) https://elbilforum.no/index.php?topic=49981.msg887502#msg887502
So basically go to the menu where your tire pressures are displayed after you have changes the tires. Then hold the OK key in for a little while and then the car will connect to the new sensors.

#6. How to open and use the keycard

It is not that obvious. You have to push horizontally from one side (the one with the 2 little grooves) to the other (the one with the little hole).
More info, also with everything you can do with the keycard, in this post below:
https://elbilforum.no/index.php?topic=49981.msg870243#msg870243

#7. Where is the OBDII plug

If you want to use CanZE, you need to know where to plug your OBDII dongle.
When you are sitting in the driver seat and driving, it is exactly on the left of your left foot.
There is also another app called "ZOE ZE50 - Power Cruise Control" which is similar.

#8. Customizing the dashboard digital display

All you need to know is here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3U_PNldNkwo

#9. How to change/stop the sounds for the pedestrians

More info: https://elbilforum.no/index.php?topic=49981.msg871289#msg871289

#10. How to keep your windscreen wipers up

Push the right handle (the one you use to activate the wipers) all the way down when the car is off.

#11 How to restart Easy Link

To do this, just keep pressing (for 5 to 10 seconds) the start button in the bottom left corner until it reboots, a bit like when your laptop or phone froze. This works even is the screen is black/unresponsive.

#12 Always check your BMS is up to date

Each time you take your car in for service, make sure they check the BMS version and update it if necessary.
The first Zoés ZE50 can have an earlier BMS version which give you a bad SoH.

#13 The Missing Info Energy menu in Easy Link

In order to finally get the Info Energy menu, you need to ask your garage to install the following updates to be installed by your dealer:
ACTIS 64756 and ACTIS 64273.
You can see it in the user manual called "Renault Easy Connect - Multimediesystemer - EASY LINK-system". The big one, not the little one.
Pages 6.30 and 6.31.

#14 Mute the navigation voice for good

Just start the navigation to somewhere, and then in the top left corner click on the speaker icon. At the bottom of the screen (if you are quick enough) you can then adjust the sound level up and down and also mute it for good if you press on the icon on the right side of the toolbar.
Same procedure in reverse to enable it again :)

#15 How to update the maps

Follow the instructions further down that thread on page 5. Here is the direct link to the post:
https://elbilforum.no/index.php?topic=49981.msg1056901#msg1056901

#15 How to update the connect services

To renew a connect service contract, in theory, one has to go to myr.renault.no and log in with the same credentials you use for the app. Then you go to the Connect Store and choose the contract you want to renew. It can take up to 3 or 4 days for the contract to be active again from the moment you paid online. So patience. More info on page 5 of this thread.
If you can't login on to myr.renault.no, contact your dealership.
Update: myr.renault.no does not work and won't for a while. Contact your dealership.

WIP, more to come later!

So I got the ZE50 today! :)

Update for #2: Not possible to open the flap from the keycard indeed :(

New entry:
#5: Regarding the TPMS, I am told the car just detects whatever is there automatically... Will see about that when I shift to summer tires! :)

This page (already referenced) actually has a lot of useful info about the EasyLink system and how to connect the car to the app:
https://www.renault.co.uk/renault-easy-connect/faq-easylink.html

Under the "Connected Services" tab, you have a little video explaining how to activate your services.

Under the "My Renault Application" tab, you have a bunch of FAQs. This one is especially important to get you going: How do I activate my services in my car to use the MY Renault application?
The most important point is this one:
=> In a network coverage area, sit in the driver's seat, with the engine off.
It looks like you can not activate the connected services if the engine is on. So just open the door, get in the car and just let every start by itself. Do not press the break pedal and press Start. Worst case, only press Start if nothing happens.

It is working for me now, but after 1.5 days since I managed to connect the app to the car, I still have a few services missing but more and more are coming online all the time. It can take up to 72 hours they say...

#6. How to open and use the keycard

If you need to change the battery or fetch the key to open the door manually, you will need to open the keycard.
It is not that obvious. You have to push horizontally from one side (the one with the 2 little grooves) to the other (the one with the little hole).
And also all you can do with the keycard is explained in this video, from Renault Norge (English with Norwegian text):

#7. Where is the OBDII plug

If you want to use CanZE, you need to know where to plug your OBDII dongle.
When you are sitting in the driver seat and driving, it is exactly on the left of your left foot.

And good new, the CanZe guys are working on supporting the ZE50! So be patient :)

#8 Customizing the dashboard digital display

I was so sure you would to that from the steering wheel buttons, but actually no. It is a setting in the Easy Link...
Took me forever to find it and change it back to its original setting after it suddenly changed on its own.

#9 How to change/stop the sounds for the pedestrians

By default, pressing the key on the left side of the dashboard, under the one to unlock the front flap, will just switch off the default sound temporarily.

In order to choose another sound, just keep pressing it and it will then go through all the available sounds. Just release the key when you hear the sound you want. Then this will be your new default sound.

Edit: you might need to have a "gear" in to be able to go through the different sound. So either while driving slow, or while D or R is selected and you are stopping the car with your foot on the breaks.

Any way to do it?

#10 How to keep your windscreen wipers up

This is still the same tick as on all the Zoés but I put it here to make it easy for new comers :)
Push the right handle (the one you use to activate the wipers) all the way down when the car is off.

Vi var og hentet vår ZE50 i dag.

Er det noen her som har funnet ut av om muligheten for å starte varmen/kjølingen i bilen fra nøkkelkortet har forsvunnet? Eller er det skjult bak et langt trykk her og der? :)

Finally someone else... I started to feel a bit alone here :)

As far as I know, your only option is via the app :(

Jeg leser det du skriver, men jeg har bare en gammeldags ZE 40 så jeg har ikke så mye å bidra med i denne tråden. Fortsett med oppdateringer når du finner ut nye ting! 👍

#11 How to restart Easy Link

If things get a little funky with the Easy Link, a good idea can be to restart it to get it back to neutral. so to speak.
To do this, just keep pressing (for 5 to 10 seconds) the start button in the bottom left corner until it reboots, a bit like when your laptop or phone froze.
