Are these "grease fittings" something that could/should be mounted on the Think?

Yes, definitely. They can (will) save you from rear axle breakdown. They freeze up or get worn out. Wheels pointing in all directions.  ;)
My Think is modified with bronze-bearings and grease fittings is installed.  :+1:

Easy?, depends on skills.  :)
Previous owner, a friend of mine, did the modification. Will look for pictures.
The stub axle (the axle tube extension actually) was worn and rusted beyond repair for new needle bearing, so he glued on a bronze piece. Which fit perfectly inside the arm bore.
Here is a picture from my Berlingo. Same construction. You see what's happening. The bearing rust to pieces, freeze up or spit out the needles.

Very good, very interesting. Too bad they did not do it right in the first place.
