Yesterday the dealer has installed the update (SVM code: 19A022), and instantly the myAudi app showed the "desired Charge target".  Thanks Elektro and all of you for this and other very useful information, I really appreciate it.

Jeg har NV, men har ikke fått noen oppdatering på denne. Jeg har også spurt forhandler om å få oppdatert SW på gateway uavhengig av dette, men de "kunne ikke" gjøre dette så lenge det ikke var noen bulletin på denne. Tar gjerne imot info om NV-oppdatering, evt hvilke forhandlere som er medgjørlige på å få lagt inn dette. (Dersom det er en bulletin-referanse, er det nok trivielt å få gjort dette alle steder).

It shows the correct software versions of the Gateway in my Etron55-2019, and the newer one of Elektro.

Thanks very much Elektro, I will try to convince my dealer to look further into this. I realy miss setting the max charge limit in the App.

I believe it's the Gateway version that has to be updated. (I don't have Night Vision.)
I checked my software version of the Gateway with ODBeleven, and is shows that my version is 322, and there is a newer one (323). Would you be so kind to check which version your car has now after the update?

Do I understand it correctly that Carkub and Electro have had an software update so that they can change their charging target in the App of their 2019 E-Tron 55  ?
I'm VERY interested in that, does someone have some further info regarding this?
I have OBDeleven, so I can look which software versions I have etc.
(so that I can try to persuade my dealer to look into this)

I think you get more accurate results when you make this calculation at higher SOC. When I take 4 measurements of the last month (SOC 100%), I get an average of 85.4 kWh (84.7 - 85.9). Seems OK to me (after about 124000km). What do you have at SOC 100%? Others?

It's getting stranger. This morning I let the home charger (11kW) fill it up to 100% (I didn't check if it reached this allready). Before I left (which was about 2 hours later) I started the charger again (by opening the car with the remote) and it "after-charged" with another 3.5kWh (I'm metering my home-charger). After it stopped charging, It was completely at 100%, and then I got an OBD11 reading: 85900Wh !!!
I now have driven about 120000km (!), so this seems to good to be true. It seems as if Audi has things programmed to always fit the nominal capacity (86.1 kWh after 93M3) !?

Best to check thing while driving. A couple of days ago there was some rain and wind (about 5Bft, 6degreesC). In the Netherlands the max speed on the highway is 100 km/h, I mostly drive the same route (back and forth, about 310 km in total). I then barely reached 300 km.
Today, with sunshine, a bit higher temp (9degreesC) and less wind (about 3-4Bft) I reached about 386km (I've driven 303km, with still 83km on the odometer) !

What to make of this? It seems that I really calibrated the battery for the first time after the 93M3 update by charging it till 100%, and aftercharge it after a couple of hours. Normally I charge untill 80%, so I think the E-tron balanced it's battery only at very high SOC (95-100%?).
When checking the independent cells, I get very small differences between the cells (less than 10mV between max and min), so this gives no indication of the need for balancing.

In addition to Orbit I made also some measurements of the "Work" value of "C6 Battery Charger". I put these measurements in the same graph as Orbit, so you could compare both (measurements at 110000 to 117000km).
I used the percentage of "HV battery charge state" which is the same as the car display, and NOT the percentage of the "Values from battery mgmt system", because these seem to give (too) high and more inconsistent results.

I notice that it says only 99% in the screenshot. Are you able to make it 100% and hence 81,06 kWh?
I charged to 100%, but the day after (when I read OBD) it showed 99%.

Yes, I have allready the 93M3 update. I have no good data from before this, so I can't say whether it improves the capacity. It seems that the top buffer of the battery stays the same (about 4%) and that they made the bottom buffer about 2-3% smaller (from 8% to about 5%).

My May-2019 Etron-55 now has 116000 km, and after a full AC charging I get 80.25 kWh, which seems not bad to me.

E-Tron 55 - 2019
First figure: 108925km (backup from 20-11-2021);
After update 93M3:  65.6kWh / 80% gives 82.0kWh total.
This seems to be correct when I look at the actual range after a long trip a couple of days before:
346km * 23.7kWh / 100km = 82.0kWh.
Second Figure: 17-01-2022 / 115686km
Charged 25% to 80% a couple of days before;
62.25kWh / 78% gives 79.8kWh total capacity.

My highest measured "H-V battery voltage" at 100% (96% SOC) was 451.2V, cell max voltage 4.183V
(E-Tron 55 may2019, about 108000km, after 93M3)

Could it be that the E-tron 55 cell (LG Pouch) do have a slightly higher max voltage then those ot the later E-Tron 50 (Samsung cells) ?   See also: https://github.com/electrichasgoneaudi/etron-issues/issues/38

My E-Tron 55 march 2019 has been updated with 93M3. After that the top level buffer is stil the same (soc 96%), but the bottom buffer seems to be larger now. I estimate this (extrapolating) to be about 5% when the dashboard is at 0%, while before the update this was about 8%.

(2019 E-Tron 55)
Until today (about 107000km) I had between 4.15-4.18V max during lifetime at 100% (dashboard) with 93-95% (SOC/OBDeleven), at "Highest Measured Temperature" 21-34degrees.
