Hej,
I have a red Think with sunroof that was driven 160 000 km and is currently not working.
I don't have space for it and maybe someone else would find it useful.
The Zebra battery has internal isolation error and is not working.
The PCU is removed, it had problems while driving and charging... suspect that there is a current sensor, but have not looked more in to it.
The windshield is heated (!) and there are no cracks on it.
The car is generally in bad shape, but there maybe parts that could be useful for other cars.
It is from 2008 with Gen 1 PCU.
The heater is there but I am not sure if it works.

It stands in Malmo, Sweden and is available for pickup immediately.

PM here or call me on +46706910386.

I will include photos in the next message.

Did it work?
Can you use zebra monitor or commtool or pcan viewer with it?

Thank you for the message!
I tried several different software versions, but the same bits stay with value 1 indicating the same errors.
Yesterday morning I tried again and I was able to drive 2m with the car... but then it did fault again.
Unfortunately I did not have a CHAS connected so I could not capture the dynamics of the error.

Very weird behaviour - the car can sometimes drive, but sometimes would stop in the middle of a drive.
Sometimes it would stop charging too.
I have not been able to recreate the state of working/not working while connedted with CHAS.

And only have been able to see the situation when "not working".

The car has Gen1 PCU, originally with Zebra battery, but changed to Enerdel.

The following things are reported in CHAS:
Err_code 60 - ERR_OFS_IR
Flt1 bit 10 - Motor Control fault
Flt3 bit 13 - PCU ECU faulted-defective
McEr1 bit 2 - offset_ir_off_rng

All these point to one of the current sensors having offset out of range.
Where are these sensors? (there is supposed to be an "_ir_" and "_is_")
Can I see that offset in CHAS? If yes how?
Is this offset self calibrating, or part of a firmware update?

Any help, or advice appreciated!

Hej,
Jag behöver transportera en Think batteripack från Egersund till Elbilmek i Lierskogen.
Hur gör man detta enklast, billigt?

Guys, I take a break from the forum for a year or two and you make wonders with my code!
I should have taken break long time ago!

bcx238h - the latest video is amazing!

I am back now and want to help - where do I find the latest code?
Should I put it on github so we can manage changes easier?

Do you happen to remember the part number of the replacement bearing?
I find a lot with two screws, but the one on the Think is with 3... so I am not sure what to order.

Freecad blir superbra!

I remember seeing someone opened the battery up and then tried replacing cells and then tried closing it ... and then another error, and another, and another... I think they gave up after couple of months, and hundreds of hours of work.

Nice!
Vill du dela med dig stl eller modellen?
Thingiverse link?

I am looking for the ribbon flexible cable on an Enerdel module.

I was not careful enough and managed to brake the ribbon cable that connects the module voltage and temperature leads to the RLEC board - see photos below.
I have read that some people used Enerdel modules and dismissed the ribbon cable, but can not seem to find these posts now.

Anyone?
