Blir ikke mulighet for 32 A før i Q2

Videresender offisiell informasjon fra vårt morselskap, EVBox Nederland:
Recently, a small number of Elvi stations have displayed some unexpected behavior when charging at the maximum power level; this is a matter we take seriously and have already begun investigating. Out of precaution, the maximum power level of your Elvi has been temporarily reduced from 32 amperes to 16 amperes while a solution is being developed.
Why is my maximum power level being reduced?
Selected Elvi stations have not been acting accordingly when they are charging at the maximum power level of 32 amperes for a long period of time. Charging at power levels lower than 32 amperes is not affected. To ensure you can continue charging safely, your station's maximum power level has been reduced until a solution is ready.
How will this impact my charging sessions?
You will still be able to charge your electric car safely. Under the temporary maximum of 16 amperes, your station will be able to charge at up to 3,7 kW (on a 1-phase connection) or 11 kW (on a 3-phase connection). Cars that normally charge at 32 amperes may experience longer charging times during this period.
When will this be fixed?
Testing for the solution is already underway and the initial fixes will start rolling out in the second quarter of 2019. Once resolved, the maximum power level of your charging station will be automatically increased back to 32 amperes. Delivering a solution for this situation is a priority and we are working on it with the utmost urgency.
What is the compensation amount and how can I claim it?
To compensate you for this inconvenience, we are offering you a refund equivalent to 10% of the purchase price of your charging station. Please provide your details in this form to initiate the refund.
We recognize that this is an undesirable situation and are diligently working to deliver a long-term solution as soon as possible. Should you have further questions, please email us.
