Since the Think is declared 'dead' I truly believe that every piece of documentation, knowledge, software, tips etc should be out in the open and given for free to the Think community to keep these great little cars on the road.
The same thing happened to the Vectrix community.
As a member of the software development team we decided to throw everything in the open so everyone could profit from the hacked motorcontroller and charger software and change from the original batteries to lithium. Since then the Vectrix has become better and better.
I think/believe the same should happen with the Think (classic and City)
Pay attention when building the SIADIS cable for CHAS that the information on the wiki is probably wrong:
For the Gen2 PCU the pinout is as follows:
SIADIS PCU RS232
1 6/62 2 TX
2 5/62 3 RX
3 4/62 7 DWNLD
4 3/62 5 GND

Havn't opened each and every file, but a lot of the files are ok. Note dublicates in some folders zip and unzipped in same folder.
My virus scanner flagged the zipped comtool v2.11 distribution files as infected with a trojan, so one should steer clear of this version. But version 3.08 of the same tool is also included.
Apart from that, in my opinion a comprehensive set of all S/W imaginable for newer Thinks.
btw.: the ZebraMonitor V2.7.6 exe file can be inserted (just copied) seamlessly into an existing older V.2.6 installation.

Hi all,
a friend got a Think City with a cold battery. We try to fix the problem, but no BOSCH Service is next to this area. Would it be possible to share the software package so we can try the debugging / diagnosis by our self.

I just become part of the family, bought a dead 2008 Th!nk with Zebra battery. It's my first electric car, so hope to have a lot of fun with it, both fixing, tuning and driving :)

Hello, I am new here and I am glad I have found this forum, as I'm experiencing a few problems with my Th!nk City 2009 with the Zebra battery.. Could anyone please share the required software with me? :-)

Hi Jaap,
If you're experiencing problems with your Zebra pack then the end of it is probably very near.
Most of these packs from 2008/2009 stop working caused by too many failed cell or internal isolation faults.
Unfortunally there is nothing you can do about it or repair it.
As soon as the pack dies the car is pretty useless because there are no 370V Zebra packs to replace anymore. I have some 310V Zebra packs but they cant be used in the Th!nk. One option is installing a good lithium pack but in the needed 25kWh capacity this is very costly.
