I've figured out to how bring back carwings back, change sim card in TCU, change APN with OBD and register car information: https://opencarwings.viaaq.eu/ (https://opencarwings.viaaq.eu/) to get it.

PS. after testing it is worth changing simcard to hologram.io operator, they have free sms
